Your details, and what we do with them

We use your name, email, and address (or your choice of pickup) to make and deliver your order, and to email you about it — a confirmation, and word when it ships or is ready to collect. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their secure page; we never see or store your card details.

If you join our list — in the footer, or by ticking the box at checkout — we’ll email you occasionally about new designs and preorder rounds. It’s optional and never ticked for you.

If you ticked that box and then left the payment page without finishing, we may send you onereminder with a link back to your saved cart. We won’t send another for at least a week, and never if you’ve unsubscribed.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. You’ll still get emails about an order you’ve placed.

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email and keeping the mailing list), Neon (where our order records are kept) and Vercel (hosting). We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don’t use advertising trackers.

Write to info@indusloomstudio.com and we’ll answer, or remove what we hold about you that we don’t need to keep for tax and accounting records.
